Terms and conditions of sale
These terms and conditions of sale apply between Images Plurielles Association - whose head office is located 26, rue Barthélémy, 13001, Marseille, France, SIREN no. 431 893 379 APE 221 J – and any physical or moral person visiting or purchasing from the website. A purchase made on this website implies and requires full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Images Plurielles reserves the possibility of amending them at any time. The terms and conditions which apply to the purchaser are those in effect at the time of the purchase.
The Image Plurielles Éditions website uses PayPal as a means of secure payment <http://www.paypal.fr>.
Product features
Images Plurielles is very careful to ensure that the descriptions of photographs and items on the website are as accurate as possible. However, Images Plurielles cannot be held liable in the event of a sudden change decided by a supplier (slight modifications of colors…).
Order
Any Physical or moral person who wishes to make a purchase on this website must:
- fill out the personal information form (contact details, with phone number and working email address or customer number).
- fill out the online purchase order form, indicating the number of items and their reference number.
- confirm their shopping cart, after they checked, read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
- make a payment with the method of their choosing.
Prices
The prices indicated on the website are in euros (not subject to VAT). Shipping is not included. Prices and shipping fees are not negotiable. Prices indicated are those in effect at the moment of the purchase.
Availability
Orders can only be accepted and sent within the limit of available stocks.
Availability of each item is indicated on its webpage or in your shopping cart. However, our stocks may not be updated in real-time. In spite of our vigilance, if some items were to be unavailable at the time of the purchase, Images Plurielles would inform you as soon as possible by email.
We would offer replacement of the item with a similar one of the same price and same quality. If we are unable to do so or if this solution does not suit you, you will be given the possibility of either modifying or canceling your purchase, or to wait for resupply.
If the item is permanently unavailable, your order will be modified or cancelled, with your consent.
Even if an item is unavailable, you can still order it. Resupply lead times are sometimes given on an informational basis, yet Images Plurielles cannot be held liable for any delays in processing by the supplier.

Payment
We expect payment within 10 days. After this timeframe, Images Plurielles reserves the right to return the item to a for sale status.
Several payment means are accepted:
- credit card, via PayPal,
- check issued by a French bank account, payable to Images Plurielles.
If you pay by cheque, do not use the button ‘‘add to cart’’. You must send us an email to info@imagesplurielles.com to order. Please carefully write the reference numbers for the books and/or box sets, as well as your contact details. We will inform you, by email, of the total amount of your order including shipping fees, in order you to complete your payment.
Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment by check or PayPal.
For international purchasers, please note that only PayPal payments are accepted, no checks from a non-French bank shall be accepted.
Delivery
- France (Metropolitan France, Corsica, and French Overseas Territories): shipping fees are based on La Poste prices.
- Other countries: please contact us directly at info@imagesplurielles.com or by phone: +33 (0)4 91 02 19 08.
International shipping is sent by La Poste Colissimo International or DHL.
Delivery costs are communicated upon request. They depend on the weight and destinations.
Shipping fees are based on the total amount of your order.
Delivery times
As soon as we have collected all the information we need on your order (number of items and destination) and we have received your payment (check or credit card), your order is shipped within one business day (i.e., Monday-Friday). La Poste guarantees delivery within 2 business days (i.e., Monday-Saturday).
Please note that delivery time may vary, especially during peak periods. Images Plurielles cannot be held responsible for longer delivery times, even with La Poste Colissimo. If the delivery timeframe is not respected, please let us know and we can file a complaint.
Return policy
If you return an item because of a mistake we made or because it has been damaged, we will give you a full refund including all shipping fees. Our services will check your order and items and will either send you another item or give you a full refund.
You have 7 days starting from receipt of your order during which returns are accepted. After this period, returns are no longer possible.
After checking, if a damaged item has been returned but is actually flawless, we reserve the right to enter into negotiations with you.
Refund policy
There are two possibilities:
- bank transfer. You just have to provide us with your bank details, and the total amount is paid directly into your account.
- check. Checks are sent back to the billing address provided at the time of order. Please bear in mind a longer delay compared to a bank transfer. The check will be issued in euros, so you have to make sure that your bank can process euros.
Once the refund is made, you will receive an email to confirm the transaction.
